COVID 19 - noncompliance

Non compliance to COVID 19 protocol at Kyalami branch. Your own staff not following the rules and when I report them to reception your staff has the nerve to tell me “they would have appreciated me tell them directly”… really ? I also waited 4 weeks now for the manager of the club to contact me about this, but clearly I’m not important not other clients that need a safe and healthy place to gym at.
