Contravention of Consumer Protection Act

On Sunday, 8 September 2019 at 13:39 I received a call from Lebogang at Virgin Active Faerie Glen to “excite me” with some or other sales offering - not me that I am not a member of Virgin Active and have not been so for more than a year. I take exception to this invasion of privacy on a Sunday, this is in contravention of Sec 12 of the Consumer Protection Act read with the relevant Regulation.
