Contractual misrepresentation

<p>I joined Virgin active Honeydew at the turn of the year. I signed a student contract which required that I pay R510 per month. This was an off peak contract. I adhered to the stipulated gym times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every month however I was charger much more than what was agreed to when I signed on. Despite my best efforts with the branch and head office the situation has not been dealt with and they continue to overcharge me for no apparent reason. When I requested to be reimbursed for being overcharged the club refused.</p> <p> </p> <p>just as I thought my experience with Virgin active couldn't get any more frustrating.</p> <p> Damaged flooring in the gym which was ignored by all staff who passed by caused me to trip and almost fall. This further lead to my new gym sneakers getting damaged.</p> <p> </p>
