Contract not honoured

Membership no *** According to my contract, I should receive a 35% discount for the first three months of membership.

Last month, the first debit of R760 was processed, but only R561 was deducted, which doesn’t reflect the 35% discount. This month, however, the full amount was deducted without the discount being app****. I revised the debit order after getting no joy and then only did someone contact me, claiming the balance of the money and blocked my access. I have spoken to multiple people regarding this query and the issue hasn’t been resolved.
