Contract mafia bosses

An older couple who do not have a lot of money signs up for a month to month. Your consultant doesn't ticket month to month and then leaves your employ and then when the couple cancels you hold them liable to a 1year contract. Most people don't read contracts and you have the obligation to set up the contract as per their request. Instead you trapped them into a 1 year contract and now want to "*****" their money. Stop forcing people into contracts because it's just a way to trap them. You should be ashamed.
