Contract just cancelled for no reason

I have been a member of VASA for over 20 years. My daughter has a legacy contract from when we signed on from Health & Racket. This week we went to Eastgate VA and my daughter was refused access because her membership has been cancelled - just like that. It has been almost impossible to get hold of VA to sort this out because I don't like this type of behaviour. Can't get hold of them, must wait long minutes using my airtime to talk to a consultant. Eastage club is not well maintained and the changeroom and showers are sad. They're always clean but maintenance is poor. The aircon never works. So, it's time to look for a new gym membership.
