Contract clarity

Having moved medical aids i had to get another gym. Virgin incorrectly debited me a larger amount. Jaqui advised that my contract with Vitality allowed them to increase without agreeing or advising members. Whilst i have resolved the issue i am very concerned at the implication for other members. A copy of agreements would be welcomed
