CONTRACT CANCELLED BUT REQUESTING PAYMENT FROM ME

My contract ended May 2020 and I informed one of your employees that I will not be renewing it, only to get a call from you that I need to pay for my January fees? What hell is this? Please fix your administration, I am not paying for a contract that has ended a long time ago.
