Contract cancellation mismanagement

Around 2005 u joined VA Morningside JHB&Justice handled my membership,however in 2006 i was moving back to Umtata EC so i requested to cancel my membership as they did not have a VA club in Umtata.I spoke to Justice with regards to the cancellation,He told me for my contract to be cancelled i need to pay until September 2006 then my contract will be cancelled.As per Justice i honored my payment until Sept through a debit order deduction on my Standard bank account.On the last debit in September i went to Justice in morningside and i told him the last debit order went through and he said i can go to my bank&stop the debit order and my contract is indeed cancelled.A few months if not a year later i got a call frm VA call center saying I owe them money and i told them i refuse to pay because this is what i was told,i honored my part by paying for the period specified by Justice&they must deal with Justice.I was then told that Justice resigned,i emailed&called trying to get the matter resolved with no luck.I jst learnt now in March that they handed me over&I owe the over R3000 which is ********.I want VA to clear my name&deal with their *********** consultants.This is annoying 9yrs lat
