Contract cancellation ****

I have cancelled my account 21st of April 2023 with the assistance of Shameez at 14:38pm.

It is 22 September and my account has still not been cancelled and my monthly contribution is still being deducted off my account.

I have all the previous call logs and requests and there want this account closed with immediate effect and my refunds done for the last 6 months.

This service is beyond pathetic and unacceptable. This is clearly a *****ulent trend that is occurring with multiple customers.
