Contract awearness

I loaded a complaint afew munites ago and in this time i read through the rest of the reviews . It seems to me like virgin active is ******** a lot of people by not informing them about all the small parts stated in the contract .

when i called Virgin active to ask about the contract they asked me how long mine is and i didnt even know because the sales consultant who assisted me on that day had not made me aware of the membership being time based . I had specifically asked the gentlemen to go through everything with me because i had no knowledge about gym memberships at the time . He sold me all the good stuff , forgetting to let me know that it is a 24 month contract . If i had known at that time i would not have taken the stupid thing .
