Constant Sauna and steam room issues at Kylami Corner

good day - wanted to bring to your attention that we are constantly facing sauna and steamer issues at the Kylami corner gym. either the Sauna is turned on too late or just that somebody forgets to turn it on. case in point today (28.09.19) in the morning the sauna was only turned on at 7 when we asked why does it seem like its off. When we asked what is going on the cleaner guy said that they just forgot to turn it on, i mean thats it really no apology no explanation just that. This is really unacceptable guys and the least you can do is send an sms or notification that we need to use the other gym i Waterfall as it seems that gym is managed better.
