Con artists

I joined Virgin active on the 28th of June and paid joining fee of 75 and the sales person told me June and July will be free then 1st of August they will take the 1st payment now all of a sudden I'm receiving calls from virgin active that they didn't receive my payment at first I was really lost then they tried taking the amount from my account which is causing unnecessary charges as they told me I'll only pay I'm August,I'm actually very ****ed at them for misleading me had they been honest with me o wouldn't be sitting with charges now.....No man Virgin active is taking us for a fool.
