Con Artist & Extremely Bad Services

<p>I am a member of Virgin Active and utterly disgusted in their services! i was told that if i joined with my kids i would get the R1000 cash back which will cost R370 per month, which is exactly what i did. I was given the terms and conditions of this promotion. When it came to debiting my account there was a problem with the debit order even though there was money in my account and a statement was given for proof thereof...The sales consultant who assisted me then emailed all this information to Malcolm Fox whos the Strategic Project Manager and was told that i will not be receiving my cash back as the T&C's are clear which i was NOT told of or even aware of!...Secondly i then called the Customer Services Dep and was told i would receive feedback by the Wednesday which was exactly a week ago and nothing has been done about this! These people make promises also not giving all the necessary information that is crucial to this promotion. They make all sorts of guarantees when you join but when it comes to paying the money that is due to you they have all sorts of excuses! This is utterly digstuting! Secondly the kids play room in the Mitchell's Plain Virgin Active constantly stinks and has a very bad stench and is so unhygienic for our kids who play there.</p>
