Compliment

I would like to Compliment Qaqamba Mkhefe Virgin active customer service and Zanele Zonke collections department for the excellent customer service I received today. I was extremely frustrated with my account and the service I received before. However these two ladies managed to ease my frustration and disappointment with the level of respect they have for customers. I must applaud Qaqamba for remaining professional even when I was being difficult and expressing my frustration.

May the two ladies get an incentive for their professionalism .🙌
