Complete disappointment

When someone is under 18 they get a membership under a guardians main membership. After I turned 18 I got my own separate membership that I am paying for myself. I used to live in joburg. But now I’m Pretoria due to me going to collage now. I requested a transfer of membership where I paid R200 for them to transfer.

Due to incompetence at wonderpark virgin active. The lady who transferred my account actually transferred my OLD AND DEAD account. The under 18 account I used to have.

I am now still not able to gym at wonderpark because of this. I’ve spoken to many people at the virgin active and at head office. No one has helped me. I no longer live in in joburg as I can’t gym there.

Not to mention I’m still paying R400 a month and I can’t gym. I’ve also asked if they can put me on the student membership where I would be paying R230 a month but this still hasn’t happened.

When I request to cancel my membership because I no longer want to deal with this, I was told that I have to then pay a R2000 cancellation fee.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I seriously don’t suggest anyone joining virgin active in wonderpark.
