Is been a year I've been with Virgin active Red at boksburg K90, all their stuff including house keepers are very friendly, since I joined the gym I never had a problem, June I had money crisis I asked them to freeze my account temporarily and they did without hassle that the following month I then asked them to unfeeze they did it and the friendly consultant said I can go to gym same day no need to wait for debit order to go off.. I'm very happy with Virgin active they make lives easier
