Complaint- very disappointing

Very disappointed with the service from Honeydew Virgin Active. No club manager on duty not even a substitute in their absence. Sold a membership for another club being told it would close and I would receive regional membership! Very unprofessional, when you ask who the regional manager is no one can tell you as this is top secret! Pathetic!
