Complaint Club V-Max Glenvista: Staff Members Laughing At My Child For Wearing "**** Roche" Tackies

<p>I have a complaint about the instructors in the Club V-Max section. My child came home in tears earlier in the week because ALL of the teachers in attendance were laughing at her wearing "**** Roche" tackies. I find this completely unacceptable. If there is a problem with the manner in which my child is dressed, I expect it to be brought to my (or my husband's) attention and not a spectacle to be made of my child in front of the entire class and teachers. We have been loyal members for years now - my kids have been attending Club V-Max for years now. I really do not need them to be embarrassed in such a manner ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I have them removed from our membership with immediate effect as they will never be brought back to this Club ever again. I would like confirmation of my request being fulfilled in writing.</p>
