Complaint

Good morning I would like to report the bad experience of virgin active. I was recruited and told about the 75% promotion. I registered my child only because of the promotion as I knew when my finances will be stable. To my surprise come payment it was not as promised. When enquiring was told my promotion was forfeited because the child was not active coming often but I was never told about the T&C of promotions. I felt like virgin active lure the members with promotion then hide T&C so that when already signed contract they reveal who they really are. Am so disappointed Been sent from pillar to post trying to fight that even the manager at the gym in Kimberley chose to ignore me sending me to other ppl who are clueless. Virgin Active must tell their sales team to be transparent Not pleased at all
