Complaint against Virgin Active SUNNYPARK

Virgin Active Sunnypark really needs to review their management. I lodged a complaint last year w.r.t the scale in the ladies' bathroom. The first and last Verification date of the scale is February 2013 which I think is when the Club was opened. The Certificate expired in 2015 meaning that the readings that one is getting while weighing are not accurate. But nobody seems to care and we are paying a lot of money to be getting this kind of service. Another problem is the lighting in the ladies dressing room is so bad I don't think it complies with expected standards of running this kind of a Club. Can somebody please do their job, check if everything is meeting the expected standards?
