Complaint

I’ve been a member for seven years now. Tonight one of the staff comes in the middle of my training session to tell me I should put the weights back after I used them yet I wasn’t finished using them and she was extremely rude. I just say I’m not done whereafter she goes to the manager and complains to him. He then approaches me in my workout session and says I’m being rude. Yet the lady was being rude. I explain the situation to him and he just says “oh”. This is certainly unacceptable and very unprofessional.
