Complaint

I had an outstanding premium. I told them I would pay it the end of the month. They then decided to deduct money from my account which has now made my account overdrawn. When I phoned to inquire as to why I was told that my account has not been cancelled and now I am entitled to 2 months premiums. Which I can not confirm. But because I cant remember the name, time and date of the call they are not willing to me. I feel that it is unfair that i am penalized for the incompetency of their employees.
