complaint

I canceled my membership in 2016. I have a debt company calling me saying i owe them money. its 2019 first time in 3 years get a call no statement or nothing. since then i am trying to contact virgin active to assist me to short this out. both times they said they will escalated and come back to me they dont all I hear from is the dedt company. please contact me
