Complaint

<p>Hi I would like to raise my complaint against virgin active Northgate that promise me i will receive R500 for joining in January 2017 I still have not received it and have numerous emails from the Northgate branch confirming I will receive it I have the consultants name who send me the mails im highly irrate as this is misleading information can someone please contact me </p>
