Complain Virgin Active Glenvista

Dear All,

Virgin Active Glenvista; the small pool water is always cold and the show water has been of and on cold for months and years, there is always a problem, why doesn't other branches has these problems like; Old Eds and Santon clubs we have complained to the manager in many occations and lots of members has complained, I will speak to HO on Monday not acceptible it is because it is in the south? I would like some feedback. Kind regards Alice
