Company not living to its own contract

<p>I joined the gym in January 2017, February 21 I can't a call to be informed that my account is in arrears. 20 February a debt order went off my account. My account and my children's account fees went off my personal accounts. Now I am being told that my account is in arrears and the consultant can't see the funds paid into my account. I joined the gym so I could find something to ease my mind at the end of a long day. I am not happy and I don't know if I can trust the company. I am not sure what system problems there might be having, but I find myself in doubt to the gym i trusted. </p>
