Cold "heated" Pool Temperature

I have been a regular member of VA Waterfall and my focus has been on swimming. However, for over a year now, the water temperature has been cold ; much less than the club-required 27-28 degrees. Further to this, management and staff LIES about the pool temperature by falsifying the temperature on the indicator board on the wall. I have complained on a number of occasions to the club manager and even to head office, to no avail.....always with the same excuse "the technician is attending to it." The situation is exacerbated in winter, for obvious reasons. In a sense, this is breach of contract as a fee paying member I deserve service delivery. I have considered changing my club, but i am not sure whether this is the norm with other VA clubs as well, a a cost-saving ploy.

As a consequence of not attending gym regularly, I have lost my vitality discount and my fees have almost doubled.
