Cnacelled membership with Virgin active BUT continues to deduct

I have canceled my daughters membership to virgin active in the past year and virgin active continues to deduct from my bank account. I have sent emails and made phone calls and have not been helped. Instead they continue to deduct from account. This is outrageous.
