This Krugersdorp club- Manager Thomas Prinsloo is so *********** and unprofessional- He has no back bone and is working for the members that decide who can gym there and who can not. His attitude and level of disrespect is shocking and intolerable. This is a personal vendetta and he decided that we are banned from the gym but there is no records at head office or anywhere for that matter. Who is he to make the call on banned members. This reflects poorly on Virgin Active because it shows that club managers are poorly trained and He runs the gym with his favourite members/friends as if it is his own without head office knowledge. Would like to know why we can not gym at a club of our choice. We pay our fees and are totally compliant on my membership
