Closure of contracts

<p>I went to Virgin active Jabulani mall and i was given amounts that I need to pay to close my contract and my Husband's . I contacted Virgin active head office and communicated with Shireen Bedford who advised me that the amount are reflecting and that my husband needs to call and close both contracts , Due to my husban's work schedule he sent an email to ********** and received confirmation that it was received.I sent an email this yesterday asking shireen to check if both contracts are closed , i received no response then my husband received an email advising him that the contracts are expiring and they will now be month to month contracts. That email showed that nothing was done the contracts are still active. I'm disappointed.</p>
