Virgin active tramshed is the Worst!!! they have no sense of customer service. this morning when inquiring about why they make changes to the classes timetable, i and 10 other ladies where told if we are not happy, we are welcome to cancel our membership because he (the Manager) runs a business. which when i asked him about the policy of changing classes, i was told i know nothing about policy, i should go to work because he is also doing his work. which he then stated that clases should have a capacity of 40 people in order to retain its time slot or it will be changed. so Zero F@#% where given to the 30 people in the classes?

was this new policy sent to their standing members? the new policy that their favorite classes will just change.
