Client ******* into joining the membership

I was ******* into being a member.the consultant Steve approached me at the mall telling me they have a 2months promo special for 100..when i signed the documents as he explained i thought i was signing just for the two months special.i did not even get the chanve to go to Virgin active even in those 2months.i was made aware that i am a member when 250 was deducted from my account.i went to the virgin active peter mokhaba stadium branch to explain my frastration to the manager..but the manager told me that i hv already joined a 24month contract with them..i asked if the contract cant be cancelled bcoz it was a misunderstanding between me and the consultant.Mr Mnisi Nthenga said the only way for me to cancel is if i pay 20% of the outstanding fee.i feel as if i was forced and ******* to join Virgin active.i dont know if this is desperation for clients but i feel disappinted in the way i was treated by the consultant and the manager
