Clarify

Been a loyal rod VA and still am! Membership has been active for years. However not happy about this :

1. I was travelling to Durban so I called gateway branch to gym I was advised to call my club to call Gateway in order to gym. I did that, my club advised I needed to send an s-mail a week prior.

Both VA employees, said different things
