Choose a different gym

Money hungry company. Asked for my account to be frozen in October for November & December and they still debit the full amount in November. After requesting a refund I was told it will be done in 7-10 working days. 14 workkng days after the call I phone again to ask what's taking so long and get told that the refund request was only submitted 2 days ago so have to wait another 7-10 working days. So quick to take money from clients but take their sweet time giving it back
