Child not taken care of

<p>I am really disappointed how the club V at virgin active la Lucia is run. Children from ages of 6 weeks are able to attend but there is no separate area for them to be in away from the much older kids. I had a few bad experiences and am so upset about it. The first time I took my daughter nobody was around. The attending had gone to lunch and never bothered to tell anyone. I waited for 15 minutes to be helped and the manager came to look after my 6 month old. Soon after I was called and Rebecca was so upset cause a new lady was looking after her and was being so loud and shaking toys in front of her face. The second time I took her - two older boys picked up her toys and started throwing them around and the attending didn't stop them. They were running around her. She could have got trampled easily. Once again the lady was shaking toys in her face because she started crying - instead of just holding her and being more calm. The woman are not trained well. </p> <p> </p> <p>I used to use the club v at broadacres in Johannesburg and that had a separate area for kids under 3. And the ladies were very attentive. </p> <p> <br />What's going on with club V At la Lucia - should they be allowed to take on suck small kids if there is no safe spot for them to sit and play with a toy. </p>
