The consultant promised that virgin active will allow my kids to be club v max members at no cost, as long as we become members before end may. We Rushed to get this deal by Sunday the 31st of May and signed up as members in order to qualify for the special she claimed we would qualify for, and handed all relevant birth certificates to her for the kids.<br> <br> Months latter, I was asked to pay for my 7 year old daughter as a day visitor. I explained the story and she was allowed to the club V Max center. Subsequently, I had numerous occasions where I would have to fill in forms just to get my kids in the center, this irritated me and I was even treated badly by a lady called Dephney. <br> <br> To date my kids are not members and no one has attended to my complaint. Instead I'm told to register a new contract for my kids and pay a monthly fee of about R 79.00 for my 7 year old and R 170.00 or more for my 17 year old son.<br> But nobody wants to take responsibility for the misleading info that the consultant used to get me and my wife to sign up at Virgin Active. This was critical info as my kids and I were members at Planet fitness and they were not charged a cent. I'm very upset:(((<br>
