Cheated of Membership Premier payments

I have been a member of Virgin Active for over 10 years. VA Germiston was my club forever. It was closed and all members were promised lifetime Premier membership. I have been paying normal fees since the club closed,now I have been charged even more and I am on Vitaliy, I send an email to complain and no one has bothered to call me.Such poor customer service. I want the life time Premier membership they promised and a refund of the Dr orders
