Chased out of Virgin Active Red (Bloemfontein) by Consultant

<p>On thursday the 23th of Feb i went to Join gym at Virgin Acrtive Red (Braamfontein). At that moment a form was fiilled and logged however did not pay the joining fee. Monday 13th of March i went again to complete my registration and to make arrangements to pay my previous autstanding balance. Same guy by the name of Joe assisted me . . . system showed that the application was expired. He seek for advise in admin and was advise to run the payment on the expired application. We then made arrangements to pay my outsanding on Monday the 20th of March. They were out of tags and could not get me a tag at that moment meaning i would be assisted by staff to gym while waiting for tag. From Tuesday , Wedneday, Thursday early morning i went to gym. Friday the 17th of March i went as usual and this time they had tag, Malicious went to my profile to issue a tag for me . . . He said my application has expired and i explained to him the above . . . He has been opening the doors for me from tuesday and had to chase me out of gym regardless of my explanation and arrangements I've made. I've never felt so embarased in my life. Not even an appology would erraise the horror i had to go through. </p>
