CHARGES DESPITE CANCELLATION

Due to injury, a cancellation was requested for my son and myself at the Lenasia Branch on 26 July 2017 (with the view of re-viewing the situation when the injury was fully healed). The cancellation was to be from 01 August 2017. Despite this request, which was made in person, Virgin Active continued to debit my bank account. Even after several emails they have not resolved the matter but continue to pass it from one person to another. This is very, very poor service besides being persistently unfair in their treatment to customers. It is no wonder that Planet Fitness is gaining momentum in South Africa.
