Charge to transfer

<p>I signed up at Parow Virgin Red, myself and my wife, we have to move to the Southern Suburbs, so I just asked them to transfer us over to the Wynberg Red, I was never informed that there is a tranfer amount of R140 each, what is it for, we pay our accounts on time all the time, Ido not see a reason why there should be a fee, as last time I tranfered tere was no fee, so please tranfer us over, or cancell the contracts.</p>
