Cellphone theft at Virgin active

My wife's got phone got ****** at the Virgin Active in Waterfall Midrand. After reporting the incident, the manager just told that he will log an incident and close the case even though he could positively ID the person who took through their CCTV. The phone was securely locked inside a locker at the gym but the ***** broke the padlock. Surely virgin should be doing more than just logging a call. My wife was not the only person to lose their phone at the GYM today and nothing tangible was done.
