Cell Phone Theft from Secured Locker

<p>I'm very inconvenienced by the theft of my cell phone from the mens locker #5 at Virgin Active Cresta. I am still without my phone 7 days later as insurance still needs to reimburse me. In addition, I have to cover excess from the amount due which won't cover the new device fully. As a member knowing the rules on lockers I ensured that my padlock was secure on the locker. When I come back after training I see the locker #5 has been tampered with and realising my phone is gone. I think Virgin Active needs to take more steps to ensure lockers are fixed properly and not allowing it to be tampered with. I also think Virgin Active Cresta needs to offer some financial support contribution towards the new device as I took the necessary precautions to lock the locker.</p>
