Cedar Lakes Virgin Active:Contanst issue with heating POOL

I have been with Virgin Active Cedar Lakes for probably 3 to 4 years. I like to swim therefore I use their Pool. Over the last 3 years they have constantly had problems with the heating of the water. At times it takes weeks to fix and one needs to go to another virgin active gym

Even if it is working at times it is cold. Maybe trying to save on electricity.. I don't know

Come on, 3 years on and you have not resolved the problem permanently. Will you ever resolve it permanently? is their any real intention to resolve it permanently?
