Catching clients out!

<p>Myself and a few others signed up at the Virgin Active Kenilworth branch for the R280 package and was assured that we were locked into a R280 contract for 2years. That is what all agents told us. Unfortunately, that was not true on the 1st of Jan our accounts were debited with more than R280. When we enquired about it, we were told that it was in our contract stated like that(stated in not so many words and very vaguely). After being assured by different agents that this was not going to happen I honestly feel like that they really caught many people out with this contract. Watch out for Virgin Active guys! </p>
