On the 07/01/2026 at 18:01 I went to train at the virgin active carlswalrd while trying to enter my card for some reason declined I was told by the lady working at the front desk by the name of Kamo infront of other people please stand 1 side you did not pay in a very rude manner I thereafter stood on the side few seconds later I take out my phone and show the proof of payment that I made payment on the 5th she thereafter told me I still can't help you the system blocked you and you will not be able to train, I thereafter told her to call for the manager she did not call for the manager but instead called a sales consultant by the name of Ditiro who came to the front desk entered my ID number and said that there's something wrong with the system and not my account he thereafter opened the gate for me and told me that she's knew here.
