Car vandalisim

On Monday 9March at approx 9am, my car was vandalised KEYED along the entire side of the drivers door.I immedietly went inside to report the incident & waited close to10min before being told the duty captain was too busy to see me. I left. Security oblivious everything. I recieved a blase call 45min later, as if a favour was being done. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN OR INCIDENT EVEN TAKEN NOTE OF. I reported it again following day & Duty captain Dennis, treated it as a matter of Urgency. Thank yo.This is the 2nd time my car has been vandalised. Last year, the front bumper of my other car was smashed. Again, no security or camera footage or least bit of interest from Virgin Lenasia. Im a member for many years, gyming min of 5d pw, 2h a day. The attitude of most of the staff at Lenasia is Attrocious. What am i paying hidious gym fees for when I am made to feel like a favour is being done to me by letting me train there and my cars are not safe. I would advise EVERYONE i know NEVER to join Virgin Active.Rather join Planet fitness or a smaller private gym,as I amplanning to do where customers are actually cared for. Constantly Broken outdated equipment is just the cherry ontop
