car broken into

on the 22nd of march 2016 at 3:41pm according to cctv parking lot 1 my Nissan np200 bakkie was broken into , the following items were ****** , a company laptop , my cellphone ,watch and wallet , these items total a value of +- R23500 ,

after arriving to my vehicle ive noticed that my belongings were missing so I headed into the gym to have a look at cctv footage and notify management what has happened , the cctv footage was extremely terrible , the cctv could not read the number plate of the suspected vehicle even though it was less than 5 metres in proximity , is Virgin Active gym interested in the safety of there members? if so they would have better security measures on their premises , they were 4 guards on duty at the time , 1 guard actually spoke to the suspects before he left the gym parking lot, I pay a total premium of R805 per month the least virgin active can do is provide its members with better security or does that not form part of its services?

virgin actives managements response to my incident was that their hands are tied, theres nothing they can do , I will never have peace of mind while training at a virgin active club again police cas number 1141/3/2016
