Capping amount of people joining

I was just wondering if Virgin Active - Alice Lane/Melrose arch will be putting a cap on number of people joining? <br> I am finding Alice Lane extremely busy and turning into a non-premium gym where we are still paying exorbitant fees. I absolutely love the gym however the change rooms are now over crowded and during peak times the equipment and machines are packed. I have spoke to a few people and it's the general feedback
