Capacity and not happy about only new members reward

This is starting to become more ridiculous every year, the club size has been the same since you opened your doors a couple of years ago but the amount of people being signed up is surely above your capacity. One cant even breath in the gym by times and you wait for equipment. on Thursday my wife walked out of the gym after 35 min and that was due to the gym being over crowded and no equipment being available. You spend so much money with attracting new people but do nothing to reward your current members. Like now my wife joined in December 2017 and we did not have this kids details with us. January 2018 new members can join their kids for free, pure *******. Money, money, money and you don't give a rats bottom about your members. This Stellenbosch Club needs a upgrade or a new club
